Taisha N. Sturdivant concentrates her practice on real estate transactions in the area of affordable housing and community development. She has experience representing nonprofit developers, borrowers and lenders in complex real estate transactions involving various financing sources including, but not limited to, federal and state Low Income Housing Tax Credits, federal and state Historic Tax Credits and tax-exempt bonds. 


Prior to joining Nolan Sheehan Patten LLP, Taisha worked as a Real Estate Associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP, an international firm with a broad range of commercial legal services, and Klein Hornig LLP, a law firm specializing in affordable housing and community development.
