Our experience includes traditional acquisition and refinancing loans, complex construction financing and mezzanine loans. We have closed loans involving collateral pools as well as other non-real estate collateral such as securities accounts, equipment, inventory, accounts receivable and deposit accounts. We work with both borrowers and lenders in structuring and closing lines of credit and refinancings. We also have experience in workout situations, including both restructurings and foreclosures.
